Olga Hepnarova was a young, lonely lesbian outsider from a coldhearted family who couldn’t play the part society desired of her. Her paranoid self-examination and inability to connect with other people eventually drove her over the edge of humanity when she was only twenty-two years old.

Tomas Weinreb (b. 1982) & Petr Kazda (b.1978) both graduated from the Independent Film College in Pisek as well as from the Film School of Academy of Performing Arts (FAMU) in Prague, CZ, respectively from the department of documentary filmmaking and scriptwriting.They have cooperated on several short fictions and documentary student films screened at numerous international film festivals: Playoff (2012), The scientist (2012), Many men and many women (2009), I and Me (2009),Everything is Crap (2009), Jan (2007), Eclipse (2006) & Antero (2003).
